Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dear Future Self Mail Club (“the Service”).

Subscription

The Kind Edition is $12.99 per month or $129 per year in the US ($14.99 monthly / $149 annual with international shipping). You can cancel at any time by writing to us through our contact form. Please allow at least 3 business days to process your cancellation. For monthly subscribers, cancellation takes effect after the current month’s letter has shipped. For annual subscribers, your subscription continues to ship through the end of your paid annual term and will not auto-renew. Annual subscriptions are not refunded for unused months.

Your content

You retain ownership of all reflections you submit. By submitting reflections, you grant us a limited license to print and mail them to you as part of your monthly letter.

Shipping

Your letter ships by the 5th of each month via USPS First Class within the United States. Delivery time is up to USPS, so we cannot promise an exact arrival date, and we are not able to track mail once it is on its way. If your letter has not arrived by the 20th, reach out and we will help. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for letters sent to an incorrect address.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a letter has been printed. Annual subscriptions are not refunded for unused months: the annual rate reflects a discount given in exchange for a full-year commitment, and your remaining letters will ship through the end of your annual term. If your letter does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will reprint and resend it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing on another person’s rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
