Common questions
When will my first letter ship?
A welcome letter from us ships by the 5th of the month after you sign up. Your first reflection letter, containing a full month of your own words, ships by the 5th of the month after that. Delivery time is up to USPS, so we can't promise an exact arrival date or track mail once it's on its way. If a letter hasn't arrived by the 20th, reach out and we'll help.
When do the weekly prompts start?
On the first Sunday of the month after you sign up. You get a gentle runway before any prompts begin.
What if I only write one or two weeks?
That's okay. Your letter will include whatever you wrote. We never shame you for blank weeks.
Can I change my address?
Yes. Reach us through our contact form before the 25th of the month and we will update your shipping address for that month's letter. After the 25th the letter may already be printed, but contact us anyway and we will catch what we can.
