• Account info: your name, email address, and shipping address.
• Reflections: the text you submit in response to our weekly prompts.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics: anonymized page views to improve the site.

How we use it

• To print and mail you monthly letters containing your own reflections.
• To send you service emails (prompts, receipts, letter-shipping confirmations).
• To send you marketing emails only if you opt in.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Brevo: email delivery
• Cloudflare: hosting and DNS
• Google Workspace: business email
• USPS: letter delivery

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by reaching out through our contact form.

You can export your full reflection archive from your account page at any time.
